The Ooni Digital Infrared Thermometer is an essential tool for achieving perfect pizza results with your Ooni oven. This laser-guided, high-precision thermometer is specifically calibrated to read the extreme temperatures of Ooni’s cordierite baking stones, ensuring your pizza stone is at the optimal temperature for cooking. With a temperature range of -30°C to 550°C (-22°F to 999°F), it provides accurate readings within 300 milliseconds, allowing you to know exactly when your oven is ready. The full-color LCD display features both numerical and color-coded temperature indicators for easy reading, even in low light. Its adjustable emissivity setting makes it versatile for measuring different materials, including steel and cast iron. The thermometer comes with two AAA Duracell® batteries and a removable hang loop for convenient storage.
