Shipping policy
All ‘in stock’ items are available for delivery in around 7-10 working days from point of order. The delivery slots do depend on when the delivery company is in your area and most areas are serviced once a week. If the delivery slot offered is not suitable the delivery company will contact you again with an alternative slot, usually within 7 days of the first slot.
To ensure the delivery team can contact you, please add a mobile and landline number to your order. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or products on delivery, please ensure you make a note of this on the proof of delivery so that we are able to assist you with any potential return or replacement of your items. Please read our returns policy for more information.
We advise you to check over the products on delivery to ensure there is no damage present. If damage is present please mark the delivery sheet as ‘damaged’ so a replacement or refund can be processed more swiftly. Should you not be able to inspect the products on delivery please mark the delivery sheet as ‘unchecked’, you will then have 48 hours to inform us of any damaged goods. Please see our returns policy to ensure a return or refund can be processed following the correct guidelines.
Service Levels
The standard delivery is a one-man delivery to the ground floor only. For customers with roof terraces or balconies, If you require a delivery to the room of your choice, please select the ‘2 Man Delivery’ option in the checkout.
If you have purchased garden furniture the standard delivery may arrive on a curb side pallet and the driver will not bring the furniture on to the property. If you need help with the delivery please ensure you select the ‘2 Man Delivery’ service.
